Q: What months of the year do you host weddings?

A: Due to our Orchard Season we host weddings all months of the year except for September & October!


Q: Do you host events other than weddings?

A: Yes! In addition to our wedding offering, we have packages for corporate events, birthday parties, showers and more!


Q: Can there be more than one wedding on my date?

A: Yes! Our Big Barn can host up to three weddings simultaneously. Our spaces are divided by sound proof air walls, and each space has their own private entrance.


Q: How does parking work?

A: Our lot has over 1,200 parking spaces. Most groups also have hotel shuttles or guest transportation, so parking for your wedding or event won’t be an issue!


Q: Can I bring in my own catering?

A: We ask that all food & beverage for your event go through our exclusive on-site caterer. We have tons of flexible menu options to meet your needs!


Q:  Is outside alcohol allowed?

A: Per our liquor license, all alcohol served at your event must go through our bar service.


Q: Does my dinner service include dessert?

A: It does not! You are welcome to bring in any desserts from a licensed bakery, or we have some fun Orchard options like our famous apple cinnamon donuts or pies to choose from. We do not charge a cake cutting fee.


Q:  Can I bring my dog?

A: We are sorry, no! We love pets, too, but given the nature of our venue and property, we ask that they celebrate from home.


Q:  Is there a ceremony back up plan for inclement weather?

A: Yes, your ceremony will take place within your barn space. We will create a small aisle, and guests will be at their tables or overlooking the balcony.


Q:  Can I decorate the day before?

A: Due to our events schedule and hosting of multiple weddings and events throughout the week, our decorating and access to the space is limited to the rental time allotted the day of! Our team will work with you on a custom day-of timeline to help ensure you have ample time to make the space your own!


Q:  Is the barn air conditioned?

A: Yes, we are completely climate controlled within our barn spaces.


Q:  We are from out of town, where would our guests stay?

A: There are a variety of local areas with ample hotel accommodations, some that also include a guest shuttle. We have compiled a list of local favorites to help aid you in the planning process!


Q:  What happens if I cancel my event?

A: Unfortunately, all payments made towards your event are non-refundable.


Q:  Can we choose our own vendors?

A: Yes, we just ask that all food & beverage service goes through County Line Orchard and that your vendors are all licensed professionals.


Q: Where can I take photos on the property?

A: We have over 100 acres of orchard property, and you are welcome to take photos just about anywhere! We do ask that you do not take photos at the ceremony sites unless it is booked under your event contract.


Q: Do we get to have a rehearsal?

A: Yes, all ceremony bookings receive a complimentary rehearsal either Wednesday or Thursday prior to your event. These are booked 12 weeks prior to your event date.


Q:  Are there any surprise fees?

A: At your time of booking, we will have completed an event estimate, which will include all costs associated with your scheduled event. Unless you make any changes to menu, bar packages, etc., there will be no surprises down the road! All pricing is locked in at time of booking.


Q:  Will there be a County Line Orchard contact on site the day of my event?

A: Yes! All events include a Venue Coordinator, who will be on site for the duration of your event. You will work with our coordinator team throughout the planning process, and they will assist in timeline creation, menu selections, layout and more!


Q:  How many guests can the venue accommodate?

A: Given the nature of our barn, we can accommodate up to 1,100 guests! Each barn is rated for separate capacities, or you can rent multiple spaces for larger groups! When you inquire with us we can help direct you to the space(s) to best fit your needs.


Q:  Is the barn handicap accessible?

A: The main floor of our barn has handicap accessible restrooms in each space. Your rental will also include a loft space, which is not handicap accessible.


Q:  Are the ceremony sites within walking distance from the barn?

A: We have two outdoor ceremony sites that are about a five minute walk from the barn. However, your ceremony includes two tractor-pulled wagons to take you and your guests to and from the sites!
